The Opportunity:
- FACE TO FACE ADVERTISING: You’ll be doing advertising of ADT Security systems. It’s a good proposition for customers and we get a strong response. The offer is that we will install the security equipment for free and then the customer signs up for a monitoring service with ADT, a 134 year old company. You get paid a lump sum for every new customer that you sign up.
- EARN WELL: A typical sales person with us earns $30-$45k per year during their first year. A strong sales person could easily earn over $200k per year within 3-4 years.
- CAREER GROWTH: We have strong career growth opportunities which would allow you to move up to Team Leader, then Area Sales Manager and then Regional Dealer as you prove yourself in both sales results and team leadership. Typically the first promotion to Team Leader would happen within 90 -120 days.
- TRAINING: You’ll be trained from day one. You’ll be assigned a Team Leader and you’ll be with them every day for the first 3 months, watching and learning.
- A TYPICAL DAY: Unlike typical direct sales jobs we don’t work 12 hours a day. Our typical day is 4-5 hours in the field.
- START IMMEDIATELY: We can generally interview you within 48 hours and get you started within another 48 hours.
